Ben Killen

Ben is the former captain of the Sydney University Basketball club and has been around the sport of 3×3 since 2016, where he was lucky enough to represent the Australian universities at the FISU World University League for 3×3 basketball in Xiamen China. Ben brings his entrepreneurial experience as the head of growth for the Sydney Supersonics & for Sydney based physio clinic, MTP Health.  Ben is laser focused on driving the club forward and providing as many opportunities as possible for the community to be active and inspired by the great sport of 3×3. On top of this Ben brings World Class coaching experience earned from his collective 10 years of experience in optimising human performance and as a university qualified Exercise & Sports Scientist & level 2 Strength & Conditioning coach.  Ben brings a wealth of experience into the club to ensure player development is at it’s highest.

As a student of human performance, Ben is someone who is fascinated by the idea of maximising human potential. This has lead Ben to breach many areas of what goes into making human beings elite. From optimising the physical body, to working with the minds and the spirit; Bens understands that human performance is a holistic pursuit. Ben’s formal studies in Science has given him a very solid grounding in the fundamental scientific basis required to take a critical approach toward decoding human performance. This allows me to take from all aspects & provide a well-rounded approach to mindset & performance that will serve as a fundamental basis for high performance in any area.
